I have a lot of Tom Hopkins material and after reading his 400 page books or listening to his 12 tape audio programs, this program seems like an insult....untill you listen to you and use what he recommends. And keep in mind, it is not intended to be a complete course.

People new to selling with find some gems of wisdom in here, especially if your company is dealing with those other outdated sales programs or the new programs set up by people who have never sold anything but a couple of books and some seminars. Experienced salespeople will find some great reminders and perhaps some things they are not doing right now.

This program contains 3 1 hr cd's each a compilation of Tom's best strategies. The survival program is probably most important to new salespeople in their first 90 days or even experienced salespeople who are getting a little burned out or just flat out frustrated with their company.

By itself, it is not complete. I recommend that you listen to these cd's along with reading Tom Hopkins classic "How To Master The Art of Selling."

Disregard those negative 1 star reviewers who are probably making $10/hr. for some telemarketing company, get laydowns, are basically order takers and mistake that for being a salesman (or woman)

I have met people personally who are making 6 and in one case, 7 figure incomes by using the concepts that Tom Hopkins teaches. To whom are you listening to, a $10/hr telemarketer (or excuse me, telesales) or 6 and 7 figure income producers??

For me, the choice was easy.

This is good, but you will need more. But it is a good start and a sales memory jogger.

I have been in Sales for 20 years. We never stop learning in order to stay ahead. The program content is outstanding especially for newer Salespeople. There are also many strong takeaways even for experienced pro's. The investment is a bargain considering you are receiving three audio CD's. I highly recommend adding this to your Sales Library.

Thirty years ago Tom Hopkins was a real estate "sales guru" who gave me a tape system at a one-day seminar in Montgomery County, Maryland. That night I listened to the tapes and the next day did exactly what he said to do...I listed and sold the same house myself in 24 hours!!!

His tapes are basic. You follow them, do the work, and you get paid!

This 3-CD set is an excellent purchase. I have relistened to this collection a dozen times and enjoy it as new knowledge each time.

I will buy anything by this author/speaker.

I felt this was easier to digest than his books. I have the books, they are easy to read but there is SO much information in them, it can be a bit overwhelming. These cd's are very easy to listen to and it's easier to take away the 'nuggets' of information that you can use to apply to your own sales situation. You can listen to them over and over in the car or cd player and really get the information burned into your brain. Also, I found it a relief to know that other people have the same problems as I do in sales - some of the issues you deal with over income and being productive and getting exhausted from working with people all day.
