Patrick Bowman's IT Made E-Z is a cheat sheet for the IT staffing industry. Not only does he decrypt many of the industry's beloved acronyms and technical components but Patrick also explains the difference between 'sales' and 'partnering' - complete with how-tos. My recommendation is for every technical recruiter working in the staffing industry to give this book to their favorite account executive - it will make your job easier (and your wallet heavier)!

I purchased a copy of this for my novice team members. At the same time, I purchased two other books on the topic. I found this book a bit out dated (which I expected given the published date) and somewhat shallow. It was a good start, and easy to ready, but did not quite go far enough regarding the various roles and technologies.
