4Emp Discrim  Feb 20, 2011 By law minion
2 kinds of Caselaw Textbooks for law students... Those with just the major case excerpts, one after another, which this is not. This book provides the cases (mostly SCOTUS cases) with note sections which update you on the smaller subissues and CC/DC/COA cases. If you want just the major cases, then stick with westlaw/lexis case printouts. Great for understanding Employment Discrim, an area of law with many multi-factor black-letter elements.
